We were blown away by this property! We loved playing records on the record player all day long. We also enjoyed with the beautiful artwork & tasteful design throughout the space. The kids took full advantage of the snow, and used the hill outback for sledding while we enjoyed the sauna. The assortment of games kept us entertained for hours. The view from the living room / kitchen was incredible! We would 100% recommend, and consider going back if we make our way through CO again.

The place was absolutely BREATHTAKING!! It was very clean and quiet. A perfect place for a romantic gateway, girls trip, solo trip, etc. The view was just gorgeous!! And Daniel was an amazing host as he was very communicative and thorough in his responses. Highly highly recommend this home!!

Great place - one of the best air bnb’s we’ve stayed in. We were here for a staycation. Daniel and Jenny were very welcoming and responsive to our requests since we had a toddler with us. Highly recommend booking this place for a peaceful vacation in the mountains

We had the best time at Daniel and Jenny's home. We stayed in for 3 days and was never bored. Ping pong, games, sauna, sledding hill, beautiful setting, smart TV, gourmet kitchen etc....The place is immaculate! I'm a general contractor in Denver and I would have been proud to put my name on this build! Everything is top notch and done correctly. I'm so jealous, now my wife wants a container home on our land in Grand County. Thanks guys!! We'll be back and tell all our friends of the great escape just an hour away.

FAQ

  • Pets - We do allow you to bring your fur babies. There is quite a bit of increased cost and time in cleaning up all the fur for the next guest so we do have a $150 pet fee per stay.
  • The house can sleep 8, there are 6 beds, 2-King 2-Full 2-Twin. There are 2 bathrooms.The house is approx 1530 sqft
  • We are a little over an hour from Denver and about 90 minutes to the airport. You typically don't need four wheel drive and only have to drive one dirt roads fro about a quarter of a mile to get from Peak to Peak Highway (Highway 72)
  • The closest grocery is in Nederland, though we reccomend stocking up in Golden or Arvada before coming. There is a small but well stocked gas station convenience store about a mile away.
  • The house does have wi-fi internet at 30 mps, faster speeds can be upgrated for $100 a stay.
  • The area does get phone signal for A&TT subscribers
